Big celebrations often mean cooking hours before the first guest arrives. Our insulated, cooler-style food warmers hold large quantities of rice, stews, soups and meats at temperature while you load the car, decorate the hall and welcome everyone in.
They are hired in sets of three, so you can keep different dishes separate and serve them straight from the warmer or move them into chafing dishes on the buffet.

Fill warmers with food that is already piping hot and keep the lids closed until serving. A full warmer holds heat better than a half-empty one, so group smaller dishes together.
Hot food should be kept at 60°C or above. If food will wait a long time before serving, plan to reheat it or move it onto a heated buffet.
